Tengirri Schedules and Availability

Unless otherwise stated, all arrival and departure dates are from Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia.
Guests should arrange to arrive in Padang on the Arrival and Departure dates indicated in the schedule. On arrival in Padang you will be met at the airport and, depending on arrival time, either taken directly to board TENGIRRI or to a transit hotel to relax until TENGIRRI is ready to depart. Departure time is generally late-afternoon and you will be in the surf during the morning on the day after you arrive in Padang.
Our “standard” trips visit the islands in the Mentawais and/or Telos regions but, for an extra cost, we can also go to North Sumatra. If you would like to head somewhere specific please let us know prior to the trip, otherwise the Tengirri crew will decide where to go based on input from guests, expected weather/swell/surf conditions and so as to maximise the possibility of good, uncrowded surf.
Our “standard” trips are 12 nights/13 days which means 11 FULL surfing days. Trips longer or shorter than the “standard” charter are possible subject to fitting in with other scheduled charters. Contact us if you want to alter the trip length or dates.

- Maximum number of guests for Tengirri boat charters is 8.
- The prices given above are based on the “standard” 12 night trip (i.e. 11 FULL days onboard TENGIRRI).
- Trips longer or shorter than the “NORMAL” 12 night charter are available subject to fitting in with other scheduled charters and flights to/from Padang. The longer the trip the lower the daily rate. Contact us for pricing if you want to organise a trip longer or shorter than the “standard” 12 night charter.
- Note that these prices are in Australian dollars and do not include flights to/from Padang. We recommend flying to Padang from either Kuala Lumpur (via Malaysian Airlines or Air Asia), Singapore (via Tiger Air) or Jakarta (various airlines). You should plan to arrive and depart Padang on the dates indicated in the above schedule. Contact us if you need any more information regarding flights.
