TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Please read carefully
- TRAVEL INSURANCE IS COMPULSORY and should include at least a MedEvac option and compensation for lost charter days due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
- $1000 deposit is required per person to secure travelling dates. Deposit is non-refundable. Please contact us for our banking details.
- Balance of payment is required to be paid 90 days prior to departure and is non-refundable. This gives us time to organise airport pick-ups and transfers, harbour clearances, and to purchase provisions for the trip.
- All prices quoted for TENGIRRI are Padang-Padang and DO NOT include international airfares OR extra nights needed at Padang prior to or after your charter. For more details please see TENGIRRI - Package Details.
- Once full payments have been made you will be sent an itinerary confirming all details of your trip.
- Confirmation will be sent via e-mail when any money is paid to confirm that we have received your payment.
- TENGIRRI charters will only proceed if there is at least 6 guests and only if all guests are paid in full 90 days before trip is due to begin.
- Maximum number of guests on TENGIRRI boat charters is 8.
- There are no refunds or partial refunds given for poor surf, inclement weather or changes to a charter itinerary due to mechanical or logistical problems.
- In addition, there are no refunds given for reasons pertaining to unstable global, national, or local political or natural conditions that do not directly pose a threat to the safe operations of our charters. Please contact us for full details on our cancellation policy.

Documents:
1. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date you enter Indonesia.
2. As of March 2004, you will need $US25 CASH when you arrive at customs in Indonesia to purchase an entry visa if you are from countries including: Australia, United States, South Africa, Brazil, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Italy, Japan, and France.
NOTE: the visa entry fee MUST BE PAID IN CASH and it MUST BE PAID IN $US and there are no ATM machines between when you get off the plane and customs. Therefore you need to bring $US25 cash with you!!
